Iwona Kondracka is the Managing Director of Technology and Digitalization at SALTUS Insurance, where she leads the company’s digital transformation across IT, project management, and innovation.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance sector, she has held roles in sales, training, and technology. Since 2017, she served as IT Director at SALTUS, driving the development and modernization of core systems and building internal technology capabilities.
Currently, she is responsible for large-scale transformation initiatives focused on system modernization, process optimization, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI. The transformation also addresses organizational culture, fostering openness to innovation and new technologies.
Earlier in her career, she led the implementation of an IT system supporting insurance sales across remote channels, including online (direct) and telephone.
She combines a background in economics and leadership psychology with practical expertise in technology, effectively bridging business, people, and digital transformation.
