Øivind Skallerud is Director of Product & Pricing for Private Insurance at Gjensidige, one of the leading insurance companies in the Nordic region. He is responsible for product strategy, pricing, analytics, and profitable growth across Norway and Denmark.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning insurance, technology, strategy, and business transformation, Øivind brings a unique perspective on how organizations can successfully combine business ambitions with technology modernization. Before joining Gjensidige in 2013, he spent 14 years at Accenture, leading large-scale transformation, digitalization, and system integration initiatives across the Nordic financial services sector.
Throughout his career, he has led major change programs covering digital transformation, operating model redesign, core system modernization, process optimization, and product innovation. He is particularly passionate about turning strategy into execution and building organizations that can deliver sustainable business results through people, technology, and data.
