Dr Artur Niemczewski is AI and Digital Champion at the UK’s Chartered Insurance Institute, having previously served as a non-executive director on the CII Board. He is a recognised thought-leader on implementation of AI in insurance, including ethical and regulatory aspects.

Artur also serves as a non-executive director at Bridgehaven Insurance, a London-based specialist MGA carrier, and as an advisor at Anthemis, a global fintech/insurtech venture capital fund. During his 30+ years executive career within the UK insurance sector Artur held C-level positions at Axa, Willis-WTW, Marsh, Garwyn-Davies, and Pro Global.

Artur holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering and an MSc in Public Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, and a Certificate in London Market insurance from the CII.
