Grzegorz Werpachowski is a senior Data & AI executive with over fifteen years of professional experience in data, analytics, and large-scale digital transformation within the financial and insurance sectors. He specializes in building and leading high performance Data & AI organizations, combining advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI solutions, and robust data platforms to deliver measurable business impact.
Throughout his career, he has successfully established and scaled multidisciplinary delivery teams, creating end to end analytical products such as data warehouses, Business Intelligence solutions, pricing and steering engines, and AI driven automations. Grzegorz has also led complex, multi market digital transformation programs with budgets exceeding €150 million, covering areas such as operating model redesign, data governance, IT architecture, and agile ways of working.
Currently serving as Data & AI Director and Tribe Lead, he focuses on aligning data and technology capabilities with strategic business objectives while developing talent and modern, product oriented delivery models.
