Marek Majdak is Chief Technology Officer, Life Insurance at PZU, Poland's largest insurer, where he takes part in the company's AI transformation. He brings 15+ years of experience combining executive leadership with hands-on building. Previously, he was CTO at Startup Development House, Director of Technical Architecture at McKinsey & Company, and founder of the Polish branch of the loss prevention company, Sysrepublic, serving retailers like Walmart and Tesco. Outside PZU, he is the solo founder of WaveTrader, built end to end using AI coding agents as his engineering team.
