Paweł Szczepankowski is Country Manager for Atradius in Poland and has been responsible for the company’s operations in the country since 2008. Earlier in his career he worked for the Polish Reinsurance Company and Allianz Poland.
He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and insurance, with particular expertise in trade credit insurance, risk management and solutions for corporate clients. From 2017 to 2024, served as Chair of the Credit Insurance Sub-Committee of the Polish Chamber of Insurance.
Graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and Law at Kozminski University. He has also participated in executive development programmes delivered by Rotterdam School of Management, Vlerick Business School and the St. Gallen Management Institute. His current focus includes the practical impact of digitalisation on insurance services, distribution and customer experience. Outside his professional role, he is also a qualified alpine skiing instructor.
