Martin Blecha is an insurance executive with more than 15 years of experience in distribution, affinity partnerships, travel insurance, and employee benefits across Central and Eastern Europe.
As Head of A&H at Colonnade and Travel Community Leader for CEE, he is responsible for business growth, product development, partner management, and regional strategy.
 
Under his leadership, Colonnade significantly expanded its travel insurance portfolio across the region while strengthening profitability and launching new products and distribution initiatives.
Prior to joining Colonnade, Martin held several leadership positions at UNIQA Insurance Group, where he built mainly personal lines, affinity and employee benefits businesses, developed partnerships with tour operators, brokers, and international insurers.
 
He has led the launch of digital partner platforms, new affinity solutions, and technology-driven distribution initiatives that have accelerated growth and strengthened market positions across multiple CEE markets.
