Matija Šenk, President of the Management Board of Vzajemna d.d., a public limited company, health insurance company,  
Matija Šenk is a graduate engineer in mathematics and an actuary. He has more than 29 years of experience in the fields of actuarial science, finance, risk management, and management and supervision of domestic and foreign companies and financial institutions. He was also the Vice President of the Slovenian Actuarial Society and member of numerous professional associations and educational committees. He served as member and President of the Management Board at Zavarovalnica Slovenica d. d., member of the Management Board at Zavarovalnica Adriatic Slovenica d. d., member of the Management Board and advisor to the Management Board at Zavarovalnica Generali d. d., President of the Management Board at KD življenje d. d., member of the Management Board and Executive Director at KD Group d. d. and Director of KD IT d. o. o.. He also served as member of the Supervisory Board at Adriatic zavarovalna družba d. d., KD Life Romania, KD Life Bulgaria, KD finančna točka, KD Life Ukraine, KD životno osiguranje Hrvaška, KD skladi and Gea College. He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SID Banka, d. d.. Since 29th February 2024, he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Vzajemna. He is responsible for leading and directing the work of the Management Board and the areas of marketing, customer support, development, actuarial science and risk, and insurance cases.
