Dr. Kamenárová brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in risk management and actuarial roles across insurance, pensions, and asset management, in major international groups such as ING, NN, KBC, Swiss Re, UNIQA and PARTNERS. Currently having position at Slovak Association of Insurers. She served as CRO and BOD member at ING’s life insurance entities in the Czech and Slovak markets, where she led a team of actuarial professionals and aligned company strategy. Later, as ViceChairman of the Board of Directors and Risk Function Holder at PARTNERS poisťovňa.
She is Fully Qualified Actuary, Certified FRM and PhD in quantitative methods in economics.

Dr. Kamenárová has a visible profile in the European actuarial and risk community and a strong academic orientation. She served as Chairperson of the Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE), being longstanding member of its Board of Directors. She regularly lectures on actuarial and risk management topics at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
