Hayk Simonyan is Head of IT Department at LIGA Insurance, with more than 15 years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and insurance technology modernization. He has led major initiatives in core insurance system development, IT infrastructure modernization, ISO 27001 implementation, API-based integration, and digital platform creation.

At LIGA Insurance, Hayk Simonyan has played a key role in transforming traditional insurance operations into a modern digital ecosystem. His work includes the development of an API Service HUB, online insurance web portal, LIGA Mobile application, Digital Insurance Platform. These initiatives support online onboarding, digital contract signing, policy lifecycle management, claims digitalization, partner integrations, and omnichannel customer journeys.

His current focus is bridging core insurance systems with customer-facing digital platforms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
