Shahin Huseynli is the Chief Information Officer at the Agricultural Insurance Fund of Azerbaijan, where he leads the digital transformation of the national agricultural insurance ecosystem. He is the driving force behind the development and implementation of the Agricultural Insurance Information System (e-ASIS), built from the ground up to modernize and streamline insurance processes.
Shahin has extensive experience in delivering large-scale digital and financial infrastructure projects. He led the establishment of the State Registry of Encumbrances over Movable Assets in Azerbaijan and has successfully implemented core banking (ABS) and mobile banking systems across several financial institutions.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with international partners on projects spanning Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and other countries. His professional interests include business analytics, project management, insurtech, and digitalization.
Shahin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baku Engineering University and an MBA from UNEC.
