Elena Silvani has served as CEE Head of Distribution & Marketing and Member of the Executive Committee of Generali CEE Holding since March 2024. In this role, she shapes and drives the distribution and marketing strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, helping accelerate growth, strengthen customer engagement, and position Generali for long-term success in one of Europe’s most dynamic insurance markets.
With more than 20 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Elena has built expertise in sales transformation, distribution strategy, and customer operations. Before her current role, she acted as Head of Sales Operations and Governance at Alleanza Assicurazioni (2016–2024), where she enhanced sales effectiveness and organizational performance. Prior to joining Generali, she spent six years at Towers Perrin, advising insurance companies on business transformation and commercial strategy.
Elena holds a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an MBA from MIB Trieste School of Management. She is recognized for her strategic leadership and strong focus on customer-centric growth.
