A recognized leader in data, analytics, and AI, Davide Consiglio heads the CEE Hub for Group Data & Artificial Intelligence and is part of the Executive Committee of Generali CEE Holding since February 2026. In this role, he leads Generali’s data and AI strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, helping translate advanced analytics and innovation into business growth and transformation.
Davide joined Generali in 2017 as Head of Advanced Analytics for Generali Italy and was appointed Country Data Officer for Generali Italy in 2022, playing a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Prior to Generali, he spent ten years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was among the co-founders of BCG X, the firm’s analytics and AI unit. Earlier, he worked as a Data Science Consultant at Value Lab (now Jakala), advising leading companies in the luxury, fashion, and retail sectors.
Davide holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and brings extensive expertise in analytics, artificial intelligence, and business transformation.
