Peter Ochman is an international transformation executive and former Management Board member recognised for building and transforming large-scale operations across banking, insurance and technology.

Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has held executive leadership roles with ERGO Group, Standard Chartered Bank, ANZ Bank, Oracle and Microsoft, leading global transformation, technology and operating model change across more than 90 countries spanning Europe and Asia.

Rather than focusing on technology alone, Peter helps organisations solve the harder challenge on how to turn strategy into enterprise-wide execution.
