Małgorzata Madej is a senior insurance operations leader with over 17 years of experience across banking, consulting, investment and insurance in Central and Eastern Europe. She currently serves as CEE Insurance Process Head at Colonnade Insurance (Fairfax), where she leads the design and execution of a unified operating model for claims and policy administration across multiple markets.
Małgorzata specializes in endtoend process transformation, digitalization, and operational excellence, combining strategy with handson delivery. She has led large-scale teams and complex transformation programs, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Nationale-Nederlanden, where she was responsible for customer service and retention, policy administration, claims, sales support and process development, delivering measurable business impact.
