Michael Kolb believes that successful transformation starts with leadership, not technology.

With more than 25 years of executive experience in banking, financial services and insurance, he has led organisations through strategic, digital and cultural transformation in highly regulated environments. Under his leadership, Austria’s leading credit insurer evolved from a traditional, paper-based organisation with extensive physical archives and on-premise infrastructure into a fully digital, cloud-first enterprise with paperless core processes and no on-premise servers. The transformation was delivered in less than five years, fundamentally reshaping the organisation, its operating model and its culture.
