Neja Orelj, M.Sc., is Executive Board Officer at Vita Life Insurance, the leading bancassurance life insurer in Slovenia. She is responsible for leading the development of the company's corporate strategy for the next strategic planning period and supports strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Strategy and Development, where she was responsible for the strategic development of Vita's product portfolio for the bancassurance distribution channel, including term life, unit-linked life, accident, and health insurance. Before joining Vita, she built her career in banking, primarily in investment banking.
She has more than six years of experience in the insurance industry and extensive expertise in bancassurance, corporate strategy, product development, and business transformation.
