Michał Struzik is Head of IT Simplification at NN International, where he leads the technology simplification agenda across multiple European insurance markets as part of NN’s Ambition 2027 transformation program. His responsibilities include application rationalization, technology modernization, sourcing optimization, infrastructure transformation, and technology productivity initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and accelerating business value delivery.
With more than 15 years of experience in insurance and financial services technology, Michał has held leadership positions spanning IT strategy, digital transformation, operations, and country-level CIO responsibilities. Before joining NN International, he served as CIO of Société Générale Insurance Poland.
Known for connecting business and technology perspectives, Michał focuses on translating complex transformation programs into measurable outcomes, enabling insurers to modernize legacy environments, reduce complexity, and strengthen their ability to innovate in a rapidly evolving market.
